Audrey Guth
Audrey Guth is the Founder and Director of Diamond Global Recruitment Inc. Originally from the United States, she has been in Canada since 1985. In her quest to find the perfect nanny for her family, she found a huge gap in the credibility of the nanny placement industry. Out of necessity, she created a company that has set the benchmark for careful screening of applicants, customer service and integrity. Mrs. Guth has a Masters Degree in Medical Science from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and a B.Sc. in Dietetics and Nutrition.

As Vice President to the Diamond Group of Companies, Susan brings years of experience having specialized in building People Resources particularity in the areas of Human Resources, Business Management and Strategic Planning. Susan is a graduate with honors of the TSB Legal Program and is a successful certified consultant of Kolbe Wisdom™. Dedicated to excellence, Mrs.Zwaal has created proactive visions through her leadership and has proven her ability to train, motivate and develop others using a "lead by example" approach. As Mrs. Zwaal states “I aspire to help provide a bridge between individuals abroad and Canadian opportunities because helping others is such an important part of life". "It makes us who we are and represents what we stand for as Canadians”.

Benjamin Guth
Benjamin Guth is a great addition to the Diamond Global Team. He joined Diamond after completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with a Major in Marketing and Sales Management from Dalhousie University. His passion for the Sales and Recruitment Industry was instilled in him by his mother and founder of the Diamond Group of Companies, Audrey Guth. His extensive work experience in the financial and retail industries is beneficial for his current role as a Business Development Executive. He is dedicated in sourcing clients who are in need of foreign workers that can strengthen their front lines during such a tremendous labour shortage. Evangeline Ancheta
Our highly skilled Immigration Consultant, Evangeline Ancheta, is a member in good standing of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC), the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC), and the Canadian Migration Institute (CMI). Back home in the Philippines, Vangie achieved a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Law. She put her education to work, practicing law in the Philippines as a barrister and solicitor for more than seven years. Evangeline then moved to Ontario where she got her Paralegal with Honors degree from Yorkville College. She has been working as an immigration consultant in Toronto since May 2004.

Natalie Francis
Our Office Administrator Natalie Francis was born in Canada, of Jamaican descent. She pursued her studies in Medical Assistance and Office Administration through the National Academy of Health and Business. Natalie's multitasking and communication skills make her a definite asset to the Diamond team. Her strong and determined personality drive her to continue to enhance her knowledge and skills.

Lisa Li
Originally from China, Lisa graduated from Anhui University in Business Management. Since moving to Canada, Lisa took employment at a local media company then decided to resume her studies and has now received her Accounting Diploma from Humber College. During her quest to further develop her career, Lisa joined the Diamond Global team.

Rona Wang
Rona Wang joined the Diamond Global team in fall of 2009 as and Immigration and Logistics Assistant . Rona graduated from Seneca College where she received both her Immigration Practitioner (honors) and Computer Networking diploma. In total, Rona possesses over 4 years experience within an Immigration/legal based environment. She is experienced in Canadian inland and overseas processing for permanent residence and temporary permits. Her superior interpersonal and multilingual skill in English, Mandarin and Cantonese assists her in communicating with clients around the globe.

Natalia Sofrygina
Natalia Sofrygina joined Diamond Global in the fall of 2009 as Assistant to the executive team. Natalia is a seasoned administrator with almost 20 years of experience in the field working as an Assistant for C-level executives. Previously Natalia worked for a Japanese trading company Mitsui & Co., Ltd and for a well-known fashion designer Hugo Boss Inc. She has brought with her a unique multi-cultural experience and a high degree of loyalty and integrity. Natalia graduated with honors from Irkutsk State University with a BA Degree in English & German Philology. She has travelled the world and speaks 3 languages: English, German and Japanese.
