Audrey Guth
Audrey Guth is the Founder and Director of Diamond Global Recruitment Inc.Originally from the United States, she has been in Canada since 1985. In her quest to find the perfect nanny for her family, she found a huge gap in the credibility of the nanny placement industry. Out of necessity, she created a company that has set the benchmark for careful screening of applicants, customer service and integrity. As the labour market tightened Audrey recognized the need for an ethical solution to Canada’s labour shortage. She created Diamond Global Recruitment Group to help Canadian businesses recruit, retain and revitalize their workforce. Soon after Diamond Immigration Services was founded to support our temporary workers in their quest for permanent residence status. Her newest venture is the Nanny Angel Network, a not for profit organization that provides free childcare to mothers undergoing treatment for cancer. Mrs. Guth has a Masters Degree in Medical Science from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and a B.Sc. in Dietetics and Nutrition.
Benjamin Guth
Benjamin joined Diamond after completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with a Major in Marketing and Management from Dalhousie University. His passion for the Global Recruitment Industry is unmatched. His experience with American Express, Internet marketing firms and retail operations gave him the skill set to lead the team as Director of Operations. Benjamin has a talent for building a back stage to support client services that results in a seamless Diamond Global Experience. Evangeline Ancheta
Our highly skilled Immigration Consultant, Evangeline Ancheta, is a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulartory Council (ICCIC) and the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC). In the Philippines, Vangie achieved a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Law. She practiced law in the Philippines as a barrister and solicitor for more than seven years. Nadia Childs
Originally from the east coast of Canada, Nadia joined our team as a Career Coach and Facilitator of our Job Skills Advantage program and has now moved into the role of Global Recruiter/Career Coach. Having studied both journalism and business management in Ontario, Nadia contributes her strong communication and research skills to the Diamond Team. Her experience as an administrator in the retirement sector has also proven Nadia’s ability to become an interpersonal and compassionate team player. Nadia’s expertise has been vital in preparing many foreign workers for the Canadian job market. Nadia is currently on maternity leave and will be back in the office in June 2012.
Carol Kwok
Carol joined the Diamond Team as our Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the management team. She brings with her years of experience from the financial sector. Originally from Hong Kong, Carol’s extraordinary ability to get things done creates a platform for Diamond’s success. Carol enjoys yoga and has a wonderful sense of humour. Nippa Ekanayake
Prior to joining Diamond Global’s Marketing division, Nippa gained considerable expertise in the field working with medium sized organizations and large multinationals in his homeland of Australia. This knowledge base, coupled with an Undergraduate and Masters in Marketing Management from Latrobe University provided him with a solid grounding to make the journey to Canada, hungry for some international experience. Nippa's unique mix of customer service, graphic design and marketing prowess holds him in good stead to provide unparalleled marketing communication services to Diamond Global's extensive client base.
Shaun Bernstein
Graduating with Honours & obtaining multiple credentials in Journalism, English & History from two of Toronto's most revered educational institutions, Shaun's academic record is impressive to say the least. His excellent command of the English language coupled with a journalistic instinct to not only ask the right questions - but to obtain the right information, ensures both candidates and clients each get a fair voice. Yalenka Diaz

Growing up in the nations capital of Ottawa, Rebecca awlays had an acute awareness of Canadian public policy. This ultimately led her to Queen's University to pursue a degree in political science to gain a greater understanding in her area of interest. Upon graduation, she never imagined that her work as a Food Service Supervisor in one of Canada's premier resort towns would become such a crucial stepping stone toward a career as a Foreign Recruitment Specialist with Diamond.
